Price Adjustments

What if I bought something and it goes on sale? 

Baby Laurel & Co will complete a one time price adjust on eligible items within 14 days of the date of purchase if it goes on sale.  Baby Laurel & Co reserves the right to determine if items during any sale are eligible for a price adjustment.  It is the customers responsibility to contact the store to request the price adjustment, we do not provide exceptions beyond this time frame to be fair to all customers. Proof of purchase is required. Please read the entire policy for all details. 

We do not provide price adjustments including but not limited to seasonal items for any clothing or accessories, holiday specific items (christmas, halloween etc) 

The difference between the original price and sale price will be applied as a store credit and will be eligible for use within 90 days of issuance.   Price adjustments cannot be made multiple times on the same product. We do not provide refunds. 

Web Policy: Price adjustments if eligible will be completed in the same manner,  revenue channel in which the item was purchased. Online purchases will require the item to have a price change online for the item to be eligible for a price adjustment and if eligible will be completed through the customers online purchase and not completed in store. Any rewards points earned online will be adjusted accordingly. Online orders are not eligible for price adjustments on in store only sales. If an order has received any promotional pricing including but not limited to free shipping, special discount codes or gift with purchase, or paid with a delayed payment plan such as Sezzle, price adjustments are not eligible. 

We have various sales throughout the year, some noted below for your reference. Sales are communicated through social media and our newsletter.

Common sale dates including but not limited to:

  • Anniversary event in November
  • Any gear sale in November including but not limited to Black Friday
  • Boxing week sales
  • End of season sales (twice per year)
  • Gift with purchase deals
  • Loyalty member exclusives
  • Flash Sales (1-3 day sales)
  • Previously purchased discounted items that are further reduced for clearance.
  • Promotional online discount codes

These sales are not eligible for price match adjustments. Discounts on these days or situations will not be honoured on previous purchases. 

During sales events where the discount offered in store is more than the discount offered online the items will not be eligible for a price adjustment.  Baby Laurel & Co reserves the right to determine if items are available for a price adjustment during any sale event. If you are local to Lethbridge we always suggest local customers shop in store during sale events for the best sale selection. 

Pricing, Typographical or Illustrative Errors

Should a product be listed at an incorrect price or description of the product displays erroneous information as a result of typographical errors or errors in pricing and other incorrect information from our manufacturers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of these orders listed at an incorrect price.

We reserve the right to refund or cancel any of these orders with incorrect pricing even if your credit card has already been charged. In the event that the order was confirmed and your credit card was charged, we will immediately issue a credit in the exact same amount of the charge to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.

Baby Laurel & Co. will always strive to keep the most accurate availability and product descriptions. In case of accidental error, we do reserve the right to change descriptions and prices without notice at our sole discretion
