In Store/Curb Side Pick Up
This is available to all customers who can pick up their packages in Lethbridge. Orders will be ready within 1-2 hours during operating hours Tuesday to Saturday. (PLEASE CONFIRM ANY ADJUSTED STORE HOURS DUE TO COVID) We kindly ask that you wait till you receive your pick up notification and read it for instructions. If you live outside of Lethbridge please leave us a note letting us know if a family or friend is picking the order up for you.
Orders not picked up after 3 weeks or after 3 attempts with no response will be automatically refunded and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The below Free and Flat rate shipping options are ONLY available on certain online items. Items that are considered oversized or beyond a certain weight are not eligible for the below shipping options and will have their own rates populate at checkout The applicable shipping options available for a product will populate at checkout.
We have subsidized shipping rates to the best of our ability and not all items we offer are available to ship or have reduced shipping rates even over the shipping thresholds noted below. The below shipping options are in effect, Baby Laurel reserves the right to change these rates at any time.
Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB)
$0 - $100 before tax = $10
$100 and up before tax = Free shipping
Rest of Canada
$0 - $150 before tax = $15
$150 and up before tax = Free shipping
Baby Laurel & Co. uses a variety of shipping companies for free shipping options which includes basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Additional insurance protection coverage is available for an additional cost at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Baby Laurel & Co. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the delivery cost.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days from the time an order is placed for items to ship from Baby Laurel & Co. With Covid there may be intermittent delays with fulfillment and staff shortages. If an item is ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday the item will begin to be processed on the next business day. (please note our store is closed on Sunday and Mondays)
We currently only ship within Canada.
Home delivery is available within the Lethbridge city limits for a $5 flat rate for all purchases. Delivery is completed by Simply Delivery in Lethbridge. Delivery is a contactless delivery process and may be scheduled to delivery when you may not be home.
We will do our best to have purchases ordered by noon sent out by 2pm same day. Otherwise your purchases will be sent out next day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not deliver till Tuesday.
Since we have home deliveries that will be scheduled a couple days after an order is made, we ask that you please leave drop off instructions. Example, if you are sending this to a business location please confirm where it is to be dropped off, or if there is a specific spot at your home to ensure it is protected/secure. Please feel free to contact us directly with any specific needs you may have on delivery and we will do our best to ensure we can satisfy them. If there are no instructions provided and no one is home when the driver is dispatched the package will be left at your doorstep. If this process does not work for your needs, please choose local/curb side pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
At Baby Laurel & Co our customers can always be confident that we provide them with strictly brand new merchandise and that all of our products attain a high standard of quality. We believe in applying our policies consistently to be fair to all customers and to uphold this standard.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or receive an in store credit on unused, NON-SALE items in the original packaging (unopened), in re-sellable condition (no rip or tears in box or packaging, free from pet hair and odours) with tags attached, with proof of purchase within 30 days, less the shipping costs if applicable. Proof of purchase is the responsibility of the customer and we kindly request receipts are retained if purchased in store.
Baby Laurel & Co. reserves the right to determine if the item appears to be in the same condition as when the item was purchased and if it appears to be used, worn, unclean, or is not in re-sellable condition. Products that have been opened and assembled are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
After 30 days, items cannot be exchanged and are a final sale.
We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean. We like to ensure a level of integrity for other customers who may purchase an exchanged item and cannot in all confidence put items back on the shelf knowing they do not meet the above criteria.
Please contact Baby Laurel & Co. at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for online orders before shipping the return back to us. We will request an image of the item showing it's condition prior to sending the RA#. All returns need to be sent back and received in store within 30 days of purchase, not the date the customer received the original package.
Online returns will be re-assessed once received in store within 5-7 days. The customer will receive an online gift card in the amount paid for the item for a future purchase. In the event the item is not in the proper condition for a return the customer will be contacted to arrange return shipping at their expense.
Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale.

Additionally, the following items are also final sale:
- Clearance Items
- Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
- Items that have been assembled of modified
- Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)
All items labelled "clearance" or "sale" are a final sale and cannot be exchanged for another product or for in store credit. No price adjustments available on any sale items.
Special Order Item:
Special order is a term that we use to describe any product that we will order in for a customer that is not in our regular stock. This may be an item from a company whose products we carry, or an unlisted product that comes from a manufacturer that we currently deal with. Due to the fact that special orders are specifically for items that we do not carry as regular stock, we require full payment before ordering. There are no returns or exchanges on special orders.
