Loyalty Program

In store and Online Loyalty Programs  - ENDING DECEMBER 31ST 2024. 

We are discontinuing our loyalty programs. All in store and online loyalty points will expire December 31, 2024 if not used. In this discontinued phase the online app will still show you can join, however there are no opportunities to earn points with purchase at this time. 

Please see details below on how to redeem your points. 

Loyalty Program Details

Loyalty is eligible to be used only on regular priced items whether in store or online. Loyalty is not eligible to be used on gift card purchases. Can't be combined with any other offer.

In store points are only eligible to be used in store. Points are not transferrable to another account. Online points are only eligible to be used for online purchases regardless if they are for shipping or for local pickup. Online points are not eligible to be transferred to another account. 

In Store Point Redemption

At checkout,

  • provide our sales staff with your name to bring up your account if you have one with us. 
  • our sales staff will let you know what you have as a balance and what you are eligible to redeem based on your purchase. 

The following redemption schedule is how your points in store will be redeemed .

min $50 purchase = $5 off
min $100 purchase =$10 off
min $150 purchase  = $15 off
min $175 purchase = $20 off
min $200 purchase = $25 off 

 

Online Loyalty Points Redemption

To check your points just login to your Baby Laurel Account. The rewards pop up that currently says "Rewards Ending No New Signups" is what you will click and login from here. 

Once logged in you can click the rewards pop up again to see your points balance, available redemption and the redemption schedule for your next purchase. 

Note, that the minimum purchase amount required at check out is after any discounts are applied and before taxes. This is also applicable for determining our free shipping thresholds. 

When you are wanting to redeem an eligible coupon, you will be provided a discount code to use at checkout.

min $50 purchase = $5 off coupon
min $100 purchase =$10 off coupon
min $150 purchase  = $15 off coupon
min $200 purchase = $20 off coupon
min $250 purchase = $25 off coupon

 

Any exchanges on items that had loyalty points applied to will be provided an exchange for the value of the purchase less the loyalty used. The loyalty points will be treated as a discount and prorated against that item returned. 

Points are not eligible to be cashed out and any remaining points will expire December 31, 2024. 

Note that Baby Laurel & Co reserves the right to change our loyalty program at any time, including but not limited to how to earn points, how to redeem and redemption values, expirations, product eligibility and the closure of the program all together.
